LPN - Certified Care Professional

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
About the Role:As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for potential side effects
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care strategies
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking corrective action as needed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A BLS Provider certification (obtained within 1 month of hire date)
- A current LPN license (obtained prior to hire date)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
