Hospital Human Resources Director

Job Summary:
The Hospital Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic workforce plans, as well as overseeing day-to-day HR operations within a hospital. This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and cultivating the best talent to achieve the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive workforce plans, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, employee health and safety, employee learning and development, and HR legal and regulatory compliance.
- Talent Management: Lead the talent management strategies of the facility, including recruitment and retention strategies, and development of integrated succession plans.
- Employee Engagement: Foster high employee engagement through the development of strong HR programs and team execution of engagement action plans.
- Organizational Leadership: Provide leadership in building loyalty, trust, and commitment throughout the organization, and use astute judgment to collaborate with corporate, regional, and A-Team members to achieve business results.
- Experience: At least 5 to 7 years in a top HR leadership position, with hospital experience required.
- Education: BS degree in Business, HR Management, or related field strongly recommended, with a Master's degree or SPHR preferred.
- Attributes: A solid strategic thinker with strong operational focus, good judgment, and detail-oriented perspective, with excellent work organization skills, ability to appropriately set priorities, and manage multiple demands.
