Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Lead Install Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of the installation of various HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage installation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Identify and resolve any challenges that may occur during the installation process.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians.
- Keep detailed records of project specifications and progress.
- Lead installation efforts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to clarify project needs.
- Supervise and educate junior staff on effective installation practices.
- Diagnose and address any technical difficulties that arise during installations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project details and advancements.
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Hourly Rate: $35 - $45
