About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our motion control solutions in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • To read and interpret engineering schematics, Bills of Material, and technical specifications to successfully install, repair, and maintain systems and components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of valves, pumps, actuators, and system components to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Utilize your expertise in hydraulic systems troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering guidance on system improvements and collaborating with customers to achieve their goals.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a two-year degree or four-year trade school degree in a related field.
  • At least three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in fluid power systems.
  • Forklift license and journeyman skilled craft training or apprenticeship certification are desirable.
  • The ability to read, write, and apply general math concepts to interpret schematics and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
