Medical Collector

We are seeking a skilled Medical Collector to join our team at Synectics Inc. As a Medical Collector, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established protocols.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
