Job Summary

Mai Placement is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Scheduling Manager to join our team in Staten Island, NY.

The ideal candidate will have experience in routing logistics, preferably in construction, and be bilingual in Spanish.

The salary range for this role is 90-150k per year, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.

The Delivery Scheduling Manager will be responsible for managing the scheduling and routing of our company's vehicles, optimizing efficiency and ensuring timely delivery.

This involves creating and adjusting daily delivery routes for multiple vehicle types, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, and analyzing route performance data to identify inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and adjust daily delivery routes for multiple vehicle types
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Analyze route performance data to identify inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with different departments such as sales, operations and customer service
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and office support tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in routing/logistics (preferably in construction)
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • ERP system knowledge preferred
  • Ability to route manually and with a system
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • MS Suite, G Suite knowledge
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
  • Self-Driven & detail-oriented with outstanding organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a high pressure environment

The work schedule for this role is Sunday to Thursday from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
