About the Role:

As a Residential Plumbing Specialist for P.E.A.C.H. Teams, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients while improving their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with our residential clients to sell and install customized solutions that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showcasing your craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure correct project work, while adhering to all codes and regulations
  • Install plumbing hardware and parts, and ensure all work meets the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians
  • Travel to customer locations as needed to provide exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Valid residential plumbing installation experience
  • Proven track record of successful plumbing installation or service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Compensation:

PL01: $80/HR, PL02: $70/HR, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses
