Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage work performed on complex mechanical systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and craftsmen to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of skilled professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including piping systems, HVAC, and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
