Job Summary

DISH is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Network Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure enterprise network systems and services meet an operational uptime of 99.95%
  • Conduct advanced enterprise-level performance tuning and network performance audits on a regular basis
  • Maintain daily operational responsibility for the reliability of the DISH corporate network
  • Manage enterprise network systems and services to an operational uptime of 99.95%
  • Design and implement data network services and perform network testing and evaluation on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure running Network mode for data center routing/switching
  • Practical experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, DMVPN, VPN, and high-availability/multipath/redundant routers, switches, and firewalls in large data center environments
  • Support network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, STP, IPv4, sub-netting, and routing
  • Familiarity with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ISE, networking for F5 LTM/GTM, and networking for IPS/IDS is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco routers and switches (Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS)
  • General technical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and platforms to include Nexus, ASR, ISR, and Catalyst
  • Experience with network configuration automation (scripting with Pearl/Python/Bash), SD-Access, and DNA Center is a plus
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
