We are currently seeking a Mortgage Backed Securities Client Service Administrator. This role involves a dynamic and engaging work environment, perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced settings.
Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5 PM
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate trust, including cash management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-energy workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the administration of over 100 MBS trusts daily.
- Managing both domestic and international cash accounts.
- Addressing client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reviewing and approving monthly distribution payments.
- Collaborating effectively with team members.
