Position Overview: Caregiver at Private Duty Home Healthcare

  • Schedule: Part-time, alternating weekends and Thursdays

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fulfill the role of caregiver. In this position, you will provide essential support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence while residing in their own homes.

If you possess prior experience in caregiving, we would be delighted to consider your application. Individuals with backgrounds in healthcare, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants (MAs), or nursing students, are particularly encouraged to apply, as your specialized skills will be invaluable.

For those new to the caregiving field, we offer comprehensive training and support. Our nursing supervisors are committed to equipping you with the necessary skills to effectively meet the needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with personal hygiene, providing meal preparation, offering medication reminders, running errands, and performing light housekeeping duties. A willingness to learn and adapt under the guidance of a registered nurse supervisor is essential.

We are specifically looking for caregivers who are available for morning and afternoon shifts, including various shift lengths. Flexibility for weekend shifts is a crucial aspect of this role.

About Private Duty Home Healthcare: We specialize in delivering in-home caregiving services and operate two Adult Foster Care homes, each accommodating six residents. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to positively influence the lives of those you care for.
