Job Requirements:

  • Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are in stock and ready for distribution to field service technicians.
  • Utilize an RFID scanner to pick and pack parts to fulfill orders and parts requests.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments, issuing parts to field service technicians as needed.
  • Maintain a stock of serviceable equipment through cycle counting and inventory management.
  • Inspect and calibrate tools and equipment to guarantee they are in good working order, flagging unserviceable items and providing replacements as necessary.
  • Use parts manuals, online schematics, and other resources to identify required parts and advise customers and field service technicians accordingly.
  • Perform pickups of necessary supplies as needed to support operations.
