We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Resort Lifestyle Director at Resort Lifestyle Communities. As a key member of our community leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs and activities that promote the overall happiness and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Lead fitness activities in our state-of-the-art fitness center and plan recreational events that foster social connections and community spirit.
  • Conduct interviews with new residents to understand their goals and preferences, and tailor programs to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of programs and activities.
  • Live by our core values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region.
  • Passion for serving seniors and creating engaging experiences.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and email.
  • Valid driver's license for safe operation of company vehicles.
  • Previous experience in organizing and providing recreational programs, events, and activities is preferred.
