Job Summary

Voyig is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for the repair, service, and maintenance of our fleet of heavy-duty trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, diagnosis, and repair of diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy-duty equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with heavy-duty equipment.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices for maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a heavy-duty diesel mechanic with CNG certifications and experience.
  • Valid US Driver License (CDL is a plus).
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, and move up to 70 pounds.
  • Capable of climbing, kneeling, twisting, and bending in a varied environment.
  • Crane and welding experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a shop environment, as well as on-site at customers and on service call breakdowns.
