- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to patients and their families. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
