ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Conduct daily accounting functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledger entries, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Generate financial statements, reports, and analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Assist in the budgeting process, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address accounting discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for external audits and tax submissions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Yardi) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
