  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with regulatory protocols.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing or biotechnology environment.
  • Expertise in operating and maintaining various systems, including natural gas boiler systems, water softeners, industrial air compressors, and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Ability to obtain Industrial Lift Operator certificate and OSHA 10 certification.
