Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and delegating work.
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and inventory, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that all contractors and suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in residence property maintenance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitudes, excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills, and the ability to define and resolve problems quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and situations.
