Your Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our educational team, you will collaborate with Lead Guides to foster independence and confidence in our students. This role is an excellent entry point into the world of Montessori education, with opportunities for career advancement through our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.

Position Details:
This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with an hourly compensation of $17.50, based on experience. Flexibility to work between 7 AM and 6 PM is essential. We also offer part-time and substitute roles for those interested.

Ideal Candidates Will:
  • Possess knowledge of early childhood development
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
  • Have a valid negative TB test (within the last 12 months) or be prepared to obtain one
  • Hold a valid CPR certification or be willing to become certified
