Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Zips Car Wash. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring that their experience is thorough and enjoyable.
  • Team Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer service.
  • Operations Management: Conduct daily preventative maintenance programs, perform equipment repairs, and troubleshoot problems quickly to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Site Management: Open and close the site, facilitate daily operations, and maintain the appearance of the outside landscaping and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in leadership roles in sales or customer service in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field, previous supervisory experience, and car wash experience.
