Maid Right is a reputable cleaning services company seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as House Cleaners. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and light commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean residential and commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with a team of two cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction
  • Follow our Maid Right cleaning system to ensure consistency and quality
  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
  • Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Personal smartphone with service required
  • Background check will be conducted for all hires
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Motivated hard worker
  • Team player
  • Ability to clean multiple houses per day

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
