Human Resources Coordinator

Dee Cramer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Word, is required, as well as social media experience.
The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative support tasks, including submitting background check requests, assisting with performance reviews, and handling employee-related file maintenance. The position will also act as backup for several important HR-related tasks, including payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the HR department
- Assist with performance reviews and employee file maintenance
- Submit background check requests and handle related tasks
- Act as backup for payroll and benefits administration
- Support the recruiting and interviewing process
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a related field required, prior HR experience preferred
- In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of HR experience required
- Social media experience required
- MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
