Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at DBM Global Inc. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project proposals and job scope plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for project completion.
  • Ensure all contractual terms and obligations of such projects are maintained.
  • Meet with VP or PM to discuss and obtain permission for out-of-budget costs.
  • Interface with necessary departments and subcontractors to determine the scheduling of work and materials.
  • Meet with customers and vendors to identify potential barriers and resolve them to maximize production and minimize costs.
  • Visit job sites as needed and required, which may include out-of-state travel.
  • Prepare reports for management and meet with key personnel to ensure the timeliness of the project.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business is highly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of fabrication and erection standards and procedures.
  • General knowledge of AISC standards and AWS codes.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret shop and design blueprint drawings.
  • Proven ability to manage several large, commercial, and industrial projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:

The position may require frequent air/road travel as needed and required. A clean driving record will be required due to required road travel. A current and valid driver's license and proof of acceptable insurance is required. This position is generally indoors in a climate-controlled office, but frequent visitations to the outdoor plant facilities and project sites will be required.
