Job Summary:

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for interpreting prescription orders and inputting them into our computer system.
  • Advise patients and doctors about our products and services.
  • Check compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform final checks on all prescriptions to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Verify that the prescription was entered into the computer against the hard copy to prevent errors.
  • Accept verbal orders from voicemail, IVR, and direct phone contacts.
