At Aston Carter, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a fully onsite position in French Camp, CA.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to process payroll accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit, reconcile, and process information received from the field to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze payroll reports to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Process weekly and salary payrolls, including reviewing edits, printing checks, and posting journal entries to ensure accurate payments to employees.
- Responsible for all corporate data entry to ensure accuracy.
- Meet weekly and monthly processing deadlines in payroll to ensure excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with processing 100+ timecards a week.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- 10-key by touch.
- Experience with JD Edwards or a similar software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for various benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage, and more.
