Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air compressors and compressed air system components
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist customers with high-priority issues and provide technical guidance
  • Learn and apply preventive maintenance service methods
  • Operate company-provided precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting
  • Read and understand operations and parts manuals associated with equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals

Requirements:

  • Basic hand tools required
  • Ability to read and understand operations and parts manuals
  • Knowledge of electricity (480 volt) and LOTO (lock out tag out) procedures
  • Ability to learn and apply preventive maintenance service methods
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
