As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for leading and performing in character-themed shows, engaging with guests, and promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform in character-themed shows, using improvisation and creativity to entertain guests.
  • Engage with guests, encourage participation, and promote a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities, including providing tours.
  • Host live events and activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Observe activity in the facility and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Previous public performance, acting, and entertainment experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the facility as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role or industry.
