Senior Sales Associate Store Representative

The primary objective of this role is to consistently exceed individual sales goals, while delivering exceptional customer service and taking on senior-level responsibilities within the Music & Arts store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals, promote the Music & Arts lesson program, and create business through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
  • Customer Relationships and Service: Develop customer relationships, provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training, and demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
  • Store Operations: Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance, and maintain store security.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
