Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting SAP Supply Chain and integration activities across various modules including SAP SD, MM, LE, PP, and QM within the S4 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver effective solutions within established timelines.
  2. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve intricate issues related to SAP Supply Chain, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of its architecture.
  3. Oversee system administration for SAP and eSource to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Monitor batch job workflows, clear any workflow blockages, and manage incident reports through the remedy system, providing updates until resolution.
  5. Efficiently prioritize tasks to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality solutions and deliverables.
  6. Support the go-live and post-production phases by preparing essential documentation.
  7. Configure functional settings for SAP SD, MM, LE, and QM modules as required.
  8. Enhance systems to integrate new functionalities based on evolving business needs.
  9. Accurately prepare Update FS documents for development objects.
  10. Successfully execute Legacy System Migration Workbench tasks.
  11. Gather and prioritize business requirements to configure solutions accordingly.
  12. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IT team on design and development initiatives.
  13. Engage with the SAP Technical Team for development requests and issue resolution.
  14. Implement configuration changes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough testing in line with user acceptance criteria.
  15. Transport change requests to quality and production environments.
  16. Provide technical guidance on optimizing system capabilities to effectively address business challenges.
