At Timberline Construction Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals, managing all aspects of an estimate, and working with clients and construction teams during the preconstruction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate conceptual cost models and understand construction methods, productivity, equipment, systems, and materials.
  • Manage all aspects of an estimate, including investigating value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work with clients and construction teams to deliver superior client service and profitably.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
