As a Dialysis Hospital Services Nurse with Dialysis Clinic, Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care in our acute hemodialysis unit. Your duties will include preparing and monitoring equipment, performing and documenting pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments, initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis treatments, dispensing medication, administering blood and blood products, and accurately receiving, transcribing, and implementing written and verbal orders from physicians.

You will also be responsible for accessing lab reports, interpreting and reporting necessary information to nephrologists, providing renal education to patients and family members, and serving as the primary dialysis contact for nephrologists and hospital staff. Additionally, you will adhere to DCI and hospital policies and procedures, including proper completion of occurrence reports as necessary.
