Allan Myers is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to promote the company's image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate strategic communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project owners and team members.
  • Coordinate and oversee PR campaigns to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in public relations, public information, or communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR campaigns.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
