Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Driver to join our team at Marathon Petroleum in Louisville, Kentucky. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering petroleum products from various loading locations to customers across the region.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,600 and $65,924, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes an hourly rate of $30.39 - $32.10 per hour, as well as access to benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.

About the Job

In this role, you will drive a tank truck or tractor-trailer to transport product in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for performing pre-trip inspections on equipment, following standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process, and completing all regulatory and customary paperwork.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle endorsements
  • Ability to work up to a 12-hour AM/PM shift and hours beyond schedule
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record and provide consent to company for review of driving record(s)
  • Pass required drug and alcohol screening(s), DOT physical, and maintain current medical card
