We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their vehicles receive top-tier service. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, you will collaborate with our skilled technicians to deliver timely and efficient solutions. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of vehicles, including foreign, domestic, electric (EV), and hybrid models.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair options, and managing customer expectations.
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues through effective communication with technicians and review of customer concerns.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, outlining the necessary work and associated costs for customer approval.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate progress updates to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
This position offers an hourly wage based on experience, along with a profit-sharing bonus program. We also provide a company-matched retirement plan and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off includes vacation days and holidays.
