About the Role
As a Universal Banker at Wings Financial Credit Union, you will play a key role in helping members achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Provide exceptional service to all members, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Product Education: Educate members on our products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Financial Wellness: Help members achieve their financial goals by offering guidance, resources, and referrals.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: High school diploma required; some college experience preferred.
  • Experience: Proven sales skills and 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent member service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office products.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
