About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Clinic Patient Access Center team as Patient Access Representatives. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and take patient messages for Mercy Clinics
  • Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Provide patients with general information regarding appointments, messages, or general Mercy questions
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Telephone Customer Service experience, or Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, or Previous Healthcare experience
  • Data Entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
  • Type 60 wpm
