Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and create PDFs of contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and readiness for renewal.
  • Document Coordination: Coordinate with broker teams on document transmittal, tracking the status of contracts, and following up as needed.
  • Record Management: Compile fully executed documents into single files and maintain organized records.
  • Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to improve and streamline current processes.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Word, with practical demonstration during the interview. Competency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify patterns and relationships between processes or entities. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team. Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
