We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of Starbucks products and services.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
