We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting: Enthusiastically greet guests as they arrive and depart from the restaurant, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.
  • Wait List Management: Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full, ensuring that guests are informed and comfortable while they wait.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to servers as needed, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, completing cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
Qualification Standards:
  • Desire to Care: A genuine desire to care for others and provide exceptional service.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Mobility and Physical Demands: Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant, move and grasp items up to five pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
