Responsibilities and Expectations

You will be responsible for operating a multi-line phone system, answering calls, and transferring them to the relevant departments or personnel. Your duties will include assisting patients with their queries, facilitating communication between staff and patients, and ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and two years of related telecommunications experience in a high-volume environment are preferred.
