As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will connect with staff, residents, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing residents' care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
  • Monitoring the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
  • Educating residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Working various PRN/On call shifts
