Lab Pricing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Pricing Analyst to identify and manage strategic customer pricing infrastructures for lab customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing strategic and complex customer pricing arrangements
- Load and validate pricing tables for more complex accounts
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving pricing issues
- Creating and maintaining pricing integrity per the terms of various Lab Services customer agreements
- Developing customized queries and reports from databases using MS SQL server and other data mining tools
Requirements
- Education/Training/Experience: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
- Business Experience Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, advanced proficiency with MS Office, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Data analysis and Excel experience (intermediate level)
- Lab product knowledge preferred
Working Conditions
Traditional office environment. Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. May be required to travel less than 10% of the time.
