Your Role:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing FactSet's value proposition, fostering product utilization, and minimizing client attrition. Key Responsibilities:

Through direct interactions with clients, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business and investment workflows, offering solutions utilizing FactSet products.
  • Provide assistance for FactSet applications and develop customized models, screens, and automated processes.
  • Organize and conduct product training sessions at client locations and during training seminars.
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will evolve into a versatile business professional, deepening your understanding of financial markets while engaging with diverse clients. Note that this role does not involve providing financial advice or management consulting services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric approach, and a desire to collaborate across teams to devise innovative solutions.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience or a strong desire to engage with clients in a support capacity.
  • Aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively in teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree expected by September 2024.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
