Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. As an SLP, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote effective communication.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document client outcomes to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care and support.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • CCC-SLP certification and Ohio state licensure or eligibility.
  • Preferred experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
