Responsibilities:
  • Provide intermediate care to infants in the NICU, including preparing and caring for newborns until they are stable and ready for transfer.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any signs of complications or adverse reactions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU or related specialty.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in neonatal care.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Willingness to work holidays and flexible scheduling as needed.
