Stalwart Nurses Staffing Agency LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide intermediate care to infants in the NICU, including preparing and caring for newborns until they are stable and ready for transfer.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any signs of complications or adverse reactions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU or related specialty.
- Current RN licensure and certification in neonatal care.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work holidays and flexible scheduling as needed.
