Your Role:

As an Assistant Nursing Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee the Nursing Services Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  • Lead efforts to maintain adequate staffing levels with qualified nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:
