Key Responsibilities:1. **Design and Development:**
- Create solutions ensuring seamless integration of processes and applications for specific product components.
- Assess design trade-offs based on business needs.
- Transition High-Level Designs (HLD) into detailed designs, including mockups and functional logic for specific modules.
2. **Technical Guidance:**
- Advise the team on coding standards, languages, and frameworks, aligning with industry trends to enhance scalability and security.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and mitigate known risks.
3. **Automation and Testing:**
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks in CI/CD, testing, and other processes.
- Formulate testing strategies, selecting appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage of all scenarios.
4. **Project Management:**
- Monitor project progress against established milestones, providing updates to stakeholders regarding health, issues, and dependencies.
- Analyze defects and implement regression testing to address issues arising from code changes.
5. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Evaluate application performance through metrics analysis, conducting maintenance and re-engineering activities as necessary.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application functionality.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecting and developing mobile and web applications.
- Strong proficiency in front-end architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Expertise in React, ReactNative, and Redux, along with familiarity with frameworks such as Cocoa and Android.
- A solid understanding of Quality, Safety, and Security standards, as well as emerging tools and technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and third-party APIs.
- Excellent analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
