Key Responsibilities
  • Perform risk evaluations and analyses to enhance healthcare service delivery.
  • Establish partnerships with clinics and departments to nurture a culture of patient safety.
  • Design and implement initiatives to bolster safety, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
  • Educate staff on principles of high reliability and patient safety.
  • Effectively address regulatory inquiries and manage adverse incidents.

  • Support operational requirements and remain available during emergencies.
Qualifications

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Required or Master's Degree Preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
  • 3 years of clinical or risk management experience Required.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in healthcare Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) within 3 Years Required.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to make informed decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Solid clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
