Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee various construction initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a thorough understanding of the entire construction process, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction operations for multiple projects across various sites
  • Coordinate bidding processes
  • Facilitate contract awards for General and Sub-contractors
  • Oversee permitting processes
  • Direct construction activities
  • Ensure project close-out procedures are followed
  • Engage with clients, design professionals, and consultants
  • Review and analyze all plans and specifications for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to prepare project budgets and estimates
  • Maintain and update project schedules
  • Evaluate and negotiate construction contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors
  • Enforce company safety protocols
  • Ensure quality control across all projects
  • Proactively seek additional construction opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and evaluations for potential projects
  • Utilize Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office for reporting and job tracking
