Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction P6 Scheduler to join our growing team at Jobot. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for assisting the estimate lead throughout the bid process, managing and coordinating incoming bid information, and preparing detailed pricing for individual disciplines of larger projects.

• Manage incoming invitations to bid by organizing and distributing information as it is received.
• Issue invitations to bid to subcontractor partners and receive and organize incoming subcontractor bids for review by the team.
• Identify, coordinate, and track key dates and deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining internal historical cost, project, and subcontractor databases.
• Support the entire team with the generation of preconstruction material for presentation purposes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, Planswift, Building Connected, and ProCore.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
